What is UML?
UML means Unified Modeling Language. It is used to analyze and design software-based systems and to visualize business processes. This is what we had to do in the following task. The business process is the name of the task we had to create using a UML tool of our choice. In my case, that was Lucidchart.
It is my first time working with Lucidchart. I look at all the proposed programs from the teacher and then chose it because I liked the look of the homepage. Registration was very easy and quick and then I started my work with it.
In the beginning, there was a little explanation of the tools, after I looked at those and had no problems at all creating my business process. UML activity diagram was fully supported.
All in all, it was a good choice and I can see myself working again with this program. Below, you see the finished result. Or you can open it in your browser as a PDF to get a detailed view: UML Natalie
